to me, it looks like someone put the handicap sign up after the car was parked and then took the picture.  it must be a setup.:grin:

Im sorry to ruin everyones fun BUT, it appears that the only disabled spot is the one to the right, as disabled spots MUST have clearance to both sides of the vehicle. And as the one on the left does not have marked clearance to the left it appears that it is in fact parked in normal spaces. Although it IS parked incorrectly.

Can anyone at Stardock clarify your parking arrangements?

the clearance you speak of must be a UK thing.  in the US the rules pertaining to the spots do allow for this.  :grin:
