What's the difference between ObjectDock & ObjectDock Plus?

The free version is more limited. You can only have 1 dock active, and you don't have the option of tabbed docks.

Plus lets you have multiple docks, tabs, system tray (as long as you're not using a 64-bit system).

ObjectDock Plus running fine on my Windows 7 system.

I think I read somewhere that ObjectDock and ObjectDock Plus are not part of the master plan and will be phazed out.

'I think' and 'somewhere' being the key words

I currently run objectdock plus over my two monitors, and it is brilliant! I use six docks

1 + 2 ) are at the bottom center of each screen, they have start menu, recycle bin and the clock on them.

3 ) is at the bottom right of the left screen and has my system tray on it (it's got the smallest icons and it stops from cluttering any others up)

4 + 5 ) are on the left of the left screen and the right of the right screen, they have my open windows on them (clear background)

6 ) is a tabbed dock at the top of the left screen, it contains all my icons arranged neatly and categorically.

On objectdock I wouldn't be able to use a tabbed dock, and I would only be allowed one dock. It would ruin my screen.

ObjectDock is broken... ObjectDock Plus is very broken.

Keep your money until v2.0 comes out, IF it comes out at all.

I got a notice about the ObjectDock 2 Beta and a invitation to preorder it. I've got the Window Blinds, Fences etc but the only reason I haven't bought the Object Dock Plus is because the weather thing stopped working, I used the suggestion for a workaround and it worked for a while and now it isn't working. So in the Object Dock Plus version does the weather thingee work? That's kindof a big thing for me.

I think the problem with the weather gadget was the coverage of the supplier, was the workaround using metcheck or equiv? anyway i guess this is off topic now
