I'd like to ask this annominously,,, but alas I can not.
After all this time I never thought of this: Does the artificial Slave center grant the ship nbuilding bonus to all planets or just the one it is built on? And, will you see the bonus listed somewhere?

The Artifical Slave Center (ASC) gives a *huge* bonus to *all* planets, however this bonus is not listed anywhere.
It's basically a hard-coded bonus that increases base military production on all planets. This is a 50% bonus and the reason it's so powerful is that it adds 50% to your base production and then all your other sources of production bonus from tech or abilities actually *multiply* this bonus. Most bonus is additive. If you have a 50% bonus from one source and another 50% bonus from another source then you have a total 100% bonus. However in the case of the ASC the 50% goes to your base and if you have an additional 50% bonus then you in effect get 50% of 1.5 or a total bonus of 125% instead of just 100%. The only downside is that you can only get this bonus once. If you capture a planet with another ASC on it you do not gain any additional advantage.
