Problem with the new Grey Gloss theme

After installing the new theme as mentioned above, I get an all black menuline and a stupid horsie wallpaper.

What the heck is wrong? Any suggestions?

Problem solved.....installed the Mint Gloss theme.....saw the wallpaper was matching the Grey Gloss, but sadly green. Then greyscaled the wallpaper in Photoshop....and voila.....grey wallpaper.
