Theme Distribution without WB, MyColors & Others

with a distribution license from stardock

AlienGuise is a licensed OEM version of Thememanager/MyColors which comes with WB, IconPackager,etc to apply the parts of the theme

For others to use WindowBlinds skins that you have designed  would require them to have the program (WindowBlinds). The same goes for IconPackager themes and so on.

MyColors is a program that applies several different skins all at once, like a wallpaper, an IconPackager theme, a WindowBlinds skin, and DesktopX gadgets such as clocks, calendars and weather tools. I don't know what program creates MyColors themes, but users would need the MyColors program to apply the themes.

Creating themes require graphics program skills and learning how to use programs like Skinstudio as well. Not easy. Even with the skills necessary to do it requires a lot of time.

Responding to #3: You are skilled. I like your creations. When you create a .wba, I'll certainly look forward to seeing it.

I hate to say it, but to apply a theme you need a program to do it: Either msstyles or Winstep or Windowblinds. I haven't seen another way to do that yet.

You'd have to talk to Stardock about stuff like distribution licenses....Maybe email Sales to find out who you'd need to speak with. Sorry I don't know anything specific, because I've never run into a question like yours before....some variants of it, but nothing identical.

Getting licensing for these products is not only very difficult but very expensive also.

You would have to email Stardock directly.

Otherwise yes, all your users would need to be running stardock products.

An alternate method, although not exactly the same is to encourage users to purchase WindowBlinds, and set up an affiliate program where you can actually make money off the sales.
