[BUG] Phasic trap

Hello,

Phasic trap has two levels in research. First gives the ability to hangars, but researching second level of it does nothing to this ability. Correct me if i'm wrong, but i didn't noticed anything, even in game files.

Yep, it looks to be a mistake in the research subject, it's set for 2 levels but the ability only has one level.
