If I create a second account with Impulse, would I be able to use my same activation key and serial key with the second account to play on that name? or does it stay forever with this current name?
No, your registration is bound to your existing account and cannot be transferred or duplicated.
Can not be tranfered?
I thought I had read somewhere we could sell our games to other accounts in IMPULSE unlike others>.>

In Stardock Support there is a transfer option?
Have products on multiple accounts and need to transfer registrations?
Is it for only applications?
That's for merging stuff onto one account if you have multiple accounts, not vice-versa.
What about this option in impulse:
impulse menu -> "registre a product" -> list of your games appears -> right click on the game (Demigod) -> "Remove registration"
I thought i can remove registration and register the product on another account? If not, what is this option "remove registration" for?
The remove registration option removes that registration locally from your machine. It is still attached to your account. Sometimes if there are problems registrations need to be manually removed and added again. That is why the option is there.
