I just bought Entrenchment but can't find it in Impluse

Try closing Impulse and running the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

If it still isn't showing up under your [My Games] tab in Impulse after that, drop an email to [email protected].

Thanks so much! I was having the same problem with Entrenchment and Sacred 2. I just bought them both and couldn't find a link to download them. That registry fix saved me though, thanks so much!

Actually the link works in any browser, but Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari, and all others render .reg and .bat files as plain text rather than treating them as a file download (in their default settings).  In support, when trying to solve someone's problem, the path of least resistance is usually best.  We don't want to have to start explaining how to right click on the link and select "Save link as.." or "Save page as" or whatever browser X calls it when someone just needs to get a file and get things working.  We simply don't want to have to start supporting people through their browsers as well.
