What ever happened to.......

It has been a LOOOONNNNG time since I perused through joeuser.  What I have noticed is that Dr Guy and Gedeon M. have no recent postings.  I mean in something like 4-6 months there has not been a peep.  These two, along with others, were constant and consistent posters not too long ago.    And what is weird is that they are still in the top 3 leading users?

Anyone have any idea were these peeps have gone?

Hello again!

Gid got outed by Little Whip as a fraud. He came back for awhile claiming innocence. Whip later got permanently "destroyed" by Brad (Draginol, Frogboy, site owner <g>) for ruffling too many feathers.

Dr. Guy just vanished - I don't know what (if anything) happened, but I hope all is well.

Too many good people are gone. Some gave their reasons, some just went *POOF*. While I am hardly prolific here, I miss their contributions. Some have changed their identities, and I haven't always figured the new ones out.

And I don't want to be dismissive of the really good ones who still post - their contributions, while often times unacknowledged, are meaningful to me. These include:

Several have moved over to LiveJournal.  The new format caused a lot of ill-will with some of the old timers.  Every now and then some of them will comment on someone else's articles but many of them just vanished.  I visit LifeHappens on Blogspot sometimes (she is my daughter-in-law) and some of the others are there, too.  Thanks for the mention, every ego needs a boost now and again |-)

:blush:  thanks for remembering me,  it's a good feeling ya know...

I miss so many of those you listed,  it tisn't the same here without them.  I hope Dr. Miler is ok,  i believe he copes with MS so hoping he's doing well.

I moved over to another place,   have connections with family I haven't see nor heard from for decades so it's good too.
