Download speed...Kerplunk.

I started downloading sacred 2 via Impulse recently. My actual speed (250-350) was normal until just now(around 800 MB completed. When I lost a few percent , the speed shown in the details bar has been stuck at 350.08 but in reality it is far slower(.02 MBps). What is going on ? BTW my ISP is qwest. I have re-attempted this several times. Same result every time.

Out of curiosity:impulse doesnt have refunds...does it?

Everytime i pause and resume I lose a few MB's x_x .

How recent is recently?  If it's been a matter of hours, I'd give it a day.  Alternatively (or in addition), check your download speed on something else to see if it's the Impulse servers or if the problem is on your end.  Either way, you're probably going to want to wait a while.

I think it does, but you'd have to talk to someone to get one.  I think [email protected] would work.

Might you have reached a limit with your ISP and been throttled down? And yes, you can contact [email protected] about refunds if need be.

Apparently, Qwest does have limits.  At least it's confirmed that it limits Bit Torrent bandwidth.  I'd be surprised if there aren't other limits imposed.
