I recently purchased the subject theme. After applying the theme the contents of my system tray have disappeared. I tried various other themes and no problem, just the Harley Davisdon classic theme. Any Ideas ??
Happened to me also. Have to SysRestore every time I use it. Sometimes have to restore to earlier date... .

happens here too. i jsut switch to a different theme and then back to the harley. the icons appear then.
System restore seems a little drastic. i just reload another theme??
I have loaded and reloaded the Harley Classic theme with My Colours and WB but still nothing in the Sys Tray.
It is probably because the designer made the top and bottom content margins too tight. Try unlocking your taskbar and raising it to double height and see if your icons appear. If they do, then it is a fault in the design of the theme.
I had the same problem with Harley. It was caused by a setting I had made in Windowblinds.
If you have the Windowblinds program installed as well as MyColors, go into Windowblinds configuration. Click on the "Fonts" tab in the second row at the top. Click on the "Reset" button towards the middle on the right side to set the font sizes to normal. Make sure the 2 checkbox items in the middle of the window are unchecked. In the scroll window underneath the sentence "Do you want to override the font defined by the skin?" make sure the 1st item "Allow the skin to decide on the fonts" is highlighted - if it's not, scroll up to it and click on it. Finally, click on the "Apply changes" button in the upper right of the window.
Maybe that will get it for you, it did for me.

doubling the taskbar worked and I will try DaveRI solution as well
