StardockWeather.ocx will not register

Hi, im using Think Green and the weather gadget will not load, used to work fine, but didnt return after a re install after a crash,all stardock products were re-installed and updated, but this ocx will just not install, have uninstalled My Colors several times and re-installed with all security software turned off, still no luck,running XP pro sp3
