Won't Shutdown

Win Xp Sp 2- 2.8gig, 960mb ram (dell laptop, no idea what model, I wiped the drive)

I recently installed Logonstudio and Bootskin to customize a computer I am giving to my in-laws.  I installed a bootskin, then went and installed logon studio and installed a logon I downloaded.  I did adjust some of alpha levels for the user selection but besides that used it as stock.  When I try to shutdown windows from the start menu (haven't tried from the login screen yet) the computer never gets past the login screen when shutting down.  I've searched through the forums and fiddled with the settings but no luck yet.  I am going to research more about the logon I downloaded, but I would think it'd be the software over the skin that is messing up.  (No offense to the developers, just my thoughts)

Hopefully I can get some feedback on this because I would really like to give this as part of their customized computer.

If you knew how many people post logons that don't know what they're doing, you wouldn't think that way.

What logon is it? What did you change in the uifile? Did you get XP to shutdown from the logon?

Also, did the computer shut down ok after you installed Bootskin? That could be a problem also...
