Most lobbies have random lag

Ever since 2 days ago i have started to join some lobbies with around 300ms with everybody else, and than itll rise to over 1000 and in about 1 minute, 1 out of 10 times ill join and its totally fine, this is when i join and when i host also.

 

If there's any information i can give to help tell me how to get it im not good with internets and junk. but i can do it if you tell me how.

Sometimes it takes time to negotiate connections with the other players since it is a p2p network...most hosts know this and wait for the ping to drop before asking a person with high ping to leave.

also though a lot of hosts are noobs and boot people as soon as they join, even though if they waited a few seconds the ping would be fine
