Logon files with same name

When I try to load logon files of similar names e.g. Name001 & Name002 the software tells me "Name" already exists. Do you want to overwrite it?
Now, obviously these are 2 different files that I want to load. Why is the software cutting off the file names and telling me they are the same? How can I fix this problem?
