Dr Watson when starting Desktop-X after logging into Windows

Every time I start my PC (Dutch XP-pro SP3) and login, I receive a "Dr Watson" while Desktop X is loading.  After I dismiss the error, DeskTop X continues to load and runs properly without any signs of problems.  The "Dr.Watson" is therefore simply annoying, not critical.

In the Event Log, I see the following...

Application Failure: DesktopX.exe 0.0.0.0 in dopuslib.dll 3.0.19.1 at offset of 00012bb6

Perhaps something to due with the fact that this machine is running a Dutch version of Windows XP??

Suggestions?

Just disable Dr.Watson and you will be happy!

I get a Dr. Watson sometimes just after booting up. That and a message saying explorer needs to close. This more often than Dr. Watson. I usually just close them both out. Sometimes after closing explorer with the do not send button the task bar and icons will disappear for a few seconds. This dino I got is a real pain at times.
