Installing mods.

There are Mods folders to put you mods in. The locations are:

In XP: C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name"\Local settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods (+ version number)

In Vista: C:\Users\"your user name"\AppData\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods (+ version number)

Once there they should be selectable from your game menu.

Once im in the ironclad folder, there is nothing there but galaxy forge. Do i have to make my own folders from there?

khezef inside the 'Ironclad Games' folder SHOULD be a "sins of a Solar Empire" folder that then contains the mod folers,galaxyforge folder a settings folder and a mapdesigner folder, but  fuzzylogic gave you the wron path in vista/windows7 the correct path is
for vanilla sins
C:\Users\'user name'\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\mods-V

and for entrenchment the path is

C:\Users\'user name'\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods_Entrenchment V

Ah Fuzzy's path was correct, but the folder i needed was hidden.
