Cutscenes

Since I am always for more visual and audio goodies, I always liked the cutscenes in the first one. It is not the top priority for the game of course, but I hope they will not be completely cut. The more the better

We will have a lot of new cut scenes in the game. Don't worry about that!  Actually the music may be one of the bigger treats. It's awesome!

I asked that question in the GC forums and the answer is you must pre-order GC II to beta test it.

guess, but it is something I really miss in the games coming out now. Any chance of implementing this in GalCiv2? It just helps to set the ambiance a little better and gives your planets a more personal touch...

I didn't mean to imply TG subbers wouldn't get to beta. My reply above was to the confusion that I and others had with that sentence in the GC News that said AP owners would get to beta test.

Yeah, I always liked that too. It makes the colonies feel less like a statistic and more like a part of the game world.

Playing Civ 3 Complete right now and yes that is a nice touch. Chrome for sure, but it would be even better in GC II given the limitless variety of landscapes that are possible.
