Windowblinds and Excel 2007

I have an add-in loaded in Excel 2007 - Explorer for Excel http://www.ablebits.com/excel-worksheets-manager-addins/index.php

Unfortunately, it doesn't work with WindowBlinds loaded on Excel.  I've tried various combinations to try and make it work with WindowBlinds, finally having to simply totally disable WindowBlinds for Excel.  Doing so, however, leaves me without any titlebar whatsoever (*I'd show a picture I have uploaded, but I can't get the $#!%@ upload link to work).

Is there a way to set Excel to use Windows Aero without killing WindowBlinds altogether?  Is there an alternative I'm missing or have not considered (getting rid of the Excel add-in is not an option).

All input appreciated!

What doesn't it do for you?

I noticed a lag with some options at the bottom  . . but I get those without WB loaded.  :)

There is absolutely no titlebar, including the Excel minimize and close buttons.  I have the Office button, the quick toolbar and nothing else.

No, I meant before you excluded Excel.  Office skinning can be crazy when you exclude it.

When I click on any Explorer for Excel dropdown menu and mouseover one of the options, Excel shuts down.
