sound files when opening new windows or logging off windows?
using sound files with skinstudio

Hey guys,
I'm new to all this customizing stuff so I need some help if you will, please. =D
A little about my experience: Prior to todays spree of figuring out some things with customizing themes and such by using skinstudio, windowblinds, and theme manager, all I used was the simple AlienGUise. Sadly, for some reason, my color and AlienGUise don't work.
<Onto the subject at hand>
I've been working on a skin today that uses the main things from MB-Blackseal-Xtra by modBlackmoon, but with my own little quirks. What I'm doing is shooting for a Decepticons Transformers theme.
Now, I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not it is at all possible for me to download a sound clip of a transformer well...transforming, and then somehow add that so when i open up a new window and/or when I shutdown/log off my computer
<edit> also, I just kinda put this here because I don't know where in the forums to post it. If it needs to be moved to an appropriate place, I would appreciate it if an admin moved it to said place, or told me where to repost it. Thx a lot! =D
