Havana WB - WIP

Sydneysiders came up with the name.... and I have to think... it totally beats the crap out of 'Macaccino Mint' :lol:

 

Anyway, this is the WB I'm currently working on, always wanted to make a coffee colored blind, finally getting around to it.

 

Will try to make it very smooth and useable, perhaps even relaxing to use and post screens as I go.

 

Mac inspired. Nothing is in stone so far.

Looks interesting. I'm not sure if I like the green and brown mix but the idea it's pretty cool :thumbsup:

Start button: when it's inactive should be an empty cup of coffee and when it's pressed should be a full, hot cup of coffee with steam animation ;)

The green reminds me of Arizona Green Tea, for some reason. Otherwise, pretty cool.

Start Button? Maybe that cup of coffee with mouse-over steam wafting up? Like the coffee bean idea too. Might blend those lines at the bottom of the Start menu...just me, but I don't really like lines.

Coffee cup might be the best idea, a cigar, just doesnt sit well with me, a donut a bit whimsical and a bean.. seems a little indistinct. Will think on it a while, sometimes the start button comes as a revelation half way thru.

What does everyone else feel about the pinstriped areas?

Master Skin, when I can afford not to make Master skins, every skin I make will be free.

Gettin a bit adventurous there bichur..  X-( but bonus points for imagination! :congrat:

 

Think I'm gonna go with a simple Mint leaf, really like the idea.. sorta balances out the green on the taskbar and is conceptually perfect imo.

but with the combo of coffee/mint/tea - not sure if 'havana' works...  maybe "Relax" ?
