Someone notify jelly belly, I mean Michael Moore, there's a hot new connection and web of ties between Saudis and Arabs and some highly placed U.S. government types. Ooops, make that formerly highly placed U.S. government types (though I suppose the spousal unit might be considered a highly placed U.S. government type).

The funny thing is, Clinton is not LIberal!  Oh sure, his wife is a screaming liberal, but he is not (and even she is moving to the center in preperation for 2008).

In fact, if you go back 50 years, you can see that there never was a liberal elected.  Carter?  He ran and governed (not very well) as a Conservative.  Johnson?  He is what hte left deridingly calls a Dixiecrat.  Kennedy?  He was more conservatice than any president except Reagan and W. (Remember Tax cuts?).  truman?  He was also a conservative.  So maybe FDR. 60 years to find someone who was a liberal.  That means most of the people alive today have never seen a liberal President.

I agree, I dont see Mikey moore doing anything with this.  When the only thing you have is that SPOS as a hero, you are bereft of values.
