The rules here are simple: Someone posts a good idea, then someone else posts a bad idea. The catch? The bad idea must be a messed-up, corrupted version of the good idea.
For Example:
Good Idea: getting a front-row seat at a boxing match
Bad Idea: Getting an in-ring seat at a boxing match.

Good Idea: electrolasers with the ability to alter the electrical signal frequency from anywhere between 50 Hertz (lethal) to 10,000 Hertz (nonlethal, stungun).
Bad Idea: electrolasers. Since when do we need lasers with "stun" settings. I'd be constantly setting mine to "deep fry" or the equivalent.
Good Idea: Charging an enemy who is better than you in every physical way and has better gear, while you are armed with the weaponized equivalent of a flashlight, the body armor equivalent of a T-shirt, and a bayonet (the equivalent part is as pertains to enemy weapons tech).
Balls of steel right there, I tell ya whut.
Bad Idea: courage without prudence.
Good Idea: counting the costs and assessing the cost versus benefit of using a melee attack on an opponent which would be superior in melee combat, and perhaps using the bloody bayonet as a throwing knife.
Bad Idea: Applying logic to the 41st Millenium.
Good Idea: CHARGE!!!
Bad Idea: fighting against an equivalent to the xenomorphs of LV426 with nothing but sharp sticks.
Good Idea: nuking the site from orbit just to be sure.
Bad Idea: doing drugs.
Good Idea: BURN THE HERETIC.
Bad Idea: using weird language. On a primarily English-speaking forum.
Good Idea: Kill the Mutant.
Bad Idea: kill the non-mutant.
Good Idea: developing the technology to construct a Starladder.
Bad Idea: not bothering to explain what a "Starladder" exactly is.
Good Idea: Purge the Unclean.
