terpfan 1980, You know how we got around our fear of violating copyright laws in law school? We had to cite just about EVERY sentence we wrote to an attibutal source! We were told that we have no orignal thoughts so we better find a credible source(s) to back up everything we say! It sound stupid but it actually makes you much better researcher. Anyway, that's my little digression.... I pretty much agree with the premis of your argument.
