Much more than a Sequel !!
from
GalCiv2 Forums
From what I been reading in this forum, the journals, the overview I am really impressed.
I think GalCiv II will be much more than a sequel.
I almost which that AP was called GalCiv II and that GalCIv II would have bigger and grander name, to show that it is much more that an extension of GalCiv. It is a new game based on GalCiv !!!
Will we see marketing for Galciv II ?
I did see Galciv in the stores, but to me it seemed pushed like a second tier game that somebody may see on the shelf and wonder what if they should buy.
Stardock make such excellent products that the really should be installed on every computer but they do not seem to be present on the shelves.
I can give another example from objectdesktop. Windowblinds should be available and on every store shelf beside Microsoft PLUS. Windowblinds 4.4 is the best way to change the look and feel of windows I every seen, and most people likely never heard of it or remember and older verision they ran on Windows 95 and give me one of the myths that is spelled out in the Wincustomize forum.

I hope GCII we gain the acceptance that all the eary indications say it will merit.
