What luck that it's in my timeline. I hate it when updates appear in alternate timelines. It messes up my sense of dimensional chronology.

Don't even get me started on when updates are accidently posted in the mirror universe. Phew!

TeamElementalLine of GC2 code that never got used...#define STEALTH_CHANCE_OF_HIT 10...looks like stealth was toyed with at some point. Interesting.

Not yet... What I've posted so far is everything they've posted.

Just subscribe to the RSS feed.  You can read the preview without going back to the original site.

No! Don't do that! XO Then all my hard work would be for nothing:'(

Another:

TeamElementalPlaying Elemental with arrow keys feels like an old-school RPG (think original FF, DQ, or Ultima).

Guess what? Another!:

TeamElementalMental Note: With Jesse back I can request code to dynamically destroy city buildings-the more flying bits and fiery wreckage the better!

EDIT: Wahoo! I'm getting karma for this! Thanks guys!

I know it supposes extra work but you should edit the OP with the new info. Use unordered list btw.

Edit: fixed sillyness usual in me

Done. Newest ones are at the top, older ones at the bottom.

I was originally thinking about doing that, but I thought that eventually the OP would get ridiculously long. Maybe I'll just delete some of the older ones when that happens.

Depending of frequency of updates (Twitter's nature and all), you could clean the OP from time to time in a weekly basis, for example. Maybe keeping the most interesting ones but making room for new content.

Since you're doing all this work already, shame to waste the 'unintended archive' aspect of it. How about setting a cap for the number of twits you post in an OP and starting a new one every time you surpass it?

Edits:

Here's hoping that 'arrow keys' really means 'num pad' so we can move in eight directions, not four. (Why is the keyboard such an unloved child in dev-land?)

Yay for looking into stealth functionality!

Just added another one.

That could work, so long as SD doesn't mind all the threads.

It does.

You misread 'found' as 'looking into', whereas I ment 'accidentally and randomly stumbled upon a dusty peice of unused code'. But yeah, steath in GC3 would be awesome.

And weekly update threads sound good...I'll probably post around 5 updates a day, so by friday there'd be 25 posts worth of text in the OP.

Hooray for leaks!!! My question is: will there be some sort of an "auto-pilot" system in place using the mouse? I have a laptopn with no real num pad, and while I can toggle on numpad keys on the regular board, they are not in any intuitive order and  it's a general pain t make them go. So, will the num pad be the only fully utilised move system?
