2v2 map crucible glitch...

Im sure this is a glitch as it can only be exploited by 1 demigod... what im talking about is warping from the spawn area straight to the gold mines with the vamp... i have tested this and it works... im sure its a glitch would be nice to fix it as no one else can exploit it without cloak of elfkind

Or Warpstone or the general Favor Item Cloak of the night.

I think it's fine - it's apart of his ability, and a benefit of playing that Demigod on that map.

i suppose but if that were the case wouldnt u say that all demigods would have a "advantage" for each map?

also im sure your a vamp player i take it.

Actually, as you should remember from the game we played, I'm a Rook/UB player mostly. And I don't think all Demigod's need to have such an advantage on a map; Erebus has the ability to Teleport over extended distances and this merely plays into that. It comes with the teritory.

I'd be concerned if Reg or UB had this advantage, but it's hardly a problem on a character who's constantly in the middle of the tier listing.

ah yes i do remember now :D ...

it just seems a bit unfair and weather hes in the middle of the tier listing or not doesnt matter as all he has to do is go there cap the flags go back home ect ect....i dont mind it im simply pointing it out and think its unfair me and my friend exploit it all the time hes a vamp player...

Then don't play Crucible? Really, if he wastes his teleport to go cap it, and you TP in, you'll find yourself at a HUGE advantage, as he'll be both impressively drained of mana and lacking his best escape cooldown!

Although Erebus can warp in, the other item and favor item make up for it. Some Demigods are better on certain maps than others. Rook is infamous for this on lane maps. Crucible is just Erebus' map in terms of capping that one flag.

With a Warpstone, they can.  Any General can also do it, right at the start, even, if they get the Cloak of Night favor item.  I don't have any problem with this as it opens up alternate routes rather than going through the single-lane nightmare.

What I meant was that I'd be concerned if they had it naturally, without wasting gold or favor.

We played a game last night against an Erebus making heavy use of this.  I consider this an exploit.  The reason?  his partner also had a Warpstone or Cloak of night favour, the cooldown on those items is so huge by comparison that when he used it to go into our base he died every time when we went back to protect the base.  Erebus was always able to either escape, or Mist Form until his Batswarm cooldown had elapsed, then escape.  Maybe an Oak with warp/cloak and shield/tp could simulate this but it's nowhere as easy.  We ended up killing Erebus by splitting up and having another person waiting on the other side to catch him when he batted out of our base, but it was really tough.

The most scary thing is that DA with shadow swap 3 can swap you from near the artifact flag right next to his heavily guarded citadel O.o, also, don't play crucible, it's a terrible map. Crucible, mandala, and exile are horrible maps.

I don't think I've ever seen the team that wins at the start of Exile actually win the game; it's always always always a turnaround victory even if the team that's originally losing does poorly all around.

IIRC I've only played Mandala once in a non-vs-AI game and half my team just died a bunch then conceded so dunno how that works when balanced.
