A quick question!

I was jsut wondering, that when the 30 day trial runs out, does my theme stop working and go back to my normal XP theme, because I really like this theme, but am not sure whether to spend money just for one theme.

Please help me.

After the trial runs out you do lose the capability to use the current or any theme on your computer.

You should keep track of the time left on the trial, if you decided to not spend the money then you should go back to the default theme before uninstalling WindowBlinds.  It's been so long since I've used the trial I'm not sure if it sets it back to default when the time runs out.

How much time is left?  Do you have any questions that the community maybe able to answer for you?

Currently the full version of WindowBlinds is $19.95 (US), your cost would be based on the conversion rate at the time of purchase.  I'm just a user of the software so hopefully a Stardock rep wiill stop by and confirm.

Also, there are lots of themes in the WinCustomize Gallery Library for WindowBlinds that are free for download.  You should be able to find others to your liking.  Which theme are you using?

Something else to think about.  If you buy a one year subscription to WB you would be able to continue to use the themes you download after the subscription expires.  Usually though most folks continue to subacribe because they become avid fans of the software.

I;m currently using a theme I found on DevArt. I like it a lot, and don't want to stop using it.

Is there anything less than a 1 year subscription that would be able to keep my theme, and if not, how much would a year subscription cost?

There are several other programs besides WindowBlinds that are nice.  Have you looked at them?  There is a free version of Object Dock and a few others and Fences is free also.

Go to this link, if you haven't yet, and check out the other programs and what they do.  https://www.stardock.com/

I like it a lot, and don't want to stop using it.

Then dont. ;) Trust me, even for one theme, it's worth the $$ to not have to stare at Microsoft's default ui. And you might even find yourself addicted...

So you'd recommend getting the full package. Just asking, the $20 one, is it yearly payment, or just one payment. And if it is yearly, after a year willl the theme stop working?

It is for a year and you will be able to continue to use it and the themes you downloaded.

Just to make sure you understand, once the year is up in order to get updates to WindowBlinds you will have to subscribe again or renew your subscription.

Yes, I would recomment starting with the full version of WindowBlinds.  I would then look at the other options for Stardock software/programs during your first year.  If you decide you want to upgrade say from WindowBlinds to Object Desktop you can ar a reduced rate.
