Impulse Demigod Multiplayer game lobby empty

And support can't help me fix it

Hi All!

Just wondering if anyone knows how the multiplayer game lobby works?  Mine is completely blank - it stopped working once the filters appeared.  I have attempted to get help from stardock support however since I am running WIN7 they pretty much won't help me.

A friend who is running Vista64 has exactly the same problem, not sure if he has logged a call yet.

Anyways, this is what it looks like:

I have performed a reinstall of impulse and it did not fix the issue.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Yeah mine has been looking like that since the 1.01 patch. I'm running vista 32. Don't have any solutions though sorry.

Yes I have the same problem and email support@stardock.com about that.
Their response :

"We are aware of this issue and are looking into it. Sorry for any inconvenience"

 

We just need to wait :)

ahh well that's ok then, perhaps my friendly support person could have just said that rather than fob me off regarding Windows 7!

Cool. I run W7 too and it has so few bugs that I doubt W7 would be a problem but everyone refuses to even answer 1 question if you tell them you use it :(
