Attempted to reach [email protected]

but could not

Hello,

I've recently purchased Demigod over impulse (with retail box option). Order went through back in May 21st, but I have yet to receive the retail box. I've emailed [email protected] back Thu 5/21/09 7:13 PM to inquire, but have not received the reply other than a vacation reply from sales. I've since then tried two more times to contact sales.

I would like to know what the status of order is and whether emails were 'lost' somehow.

Do you happen to have your ticket number?  I could not find any tickets under the email address we have on file for you.

Our records show that your Demigod box was shipped on 5/29/2009, so you should have received it by now.  Once we locate your ticket, we'll verify the address we have on file for you.

I wish the postal service was more reliable.  We generally do not have many lost packages, but still, it's frustrating.

HUM.  People in all walks of life make mistakes.  No one is perfect, mailmen,  software makers, auto makers, etc.  So be kind to us mailmen or retired mailmen.:grin:

Woah.  That took me by surprise there.  A post in regards to Stardock Support that was well written and polite.  And even had a Thank you kindly tacked to the end!

 

Lately, I've seen a bunch of posts to support that were bitch sessions.  Each one I read I just shake my head and wonder what is wrong with people.  It's refreshing to see a nice, polite request for support.  Karma to the OP.

Sorry you took it personally, I'm just calling it as I see it.  The lady that normally delivers to our office is great, but we can tell when she is on vacation.  For example, this weekend, the person that delivered our mail threw in mail from a business down the street with a completely different address.  Simple mistakes like that are frustrating.

Is that robz95 or maybe robs 95?

 

We don't give out serials here, and frown on the practice with any software but since the software is Stardock's as is this site

you should seriously rethink bringing up such requests.

You might get "shown the door".
