Are they gonna update like dota always been doing?
And i like demigod pretty much, but i would like to see demigod with the Dota map??????.. but new version, it would be awsome 
with demigod engine! ownage.. i was waiting for a game like dota but new graphic engine, there we go!
Sorry the supreme commander engine doesn't support this. Due to this, and other differences in gameplay between demi and dota, they would be wise not to do a map similar to dota.

The engine obviosly would support a more organic setting, but that may degrade performance. Would you still want an organic looking map with no functioning LoS mechanics?
i can see ur pretty new here... we're like trying to Not MAKE THIS DOTA ALIKE cause most people hee hate DOTA but the fact of having demigod with the DOTA map... that could be oke but not with all the recipes just only a MAP look alike cause the map is oke but the gameplay of DOTA stinks... cause of all the well you know... DOTA players ^^ yeahz 
Can you explain me the fundamental differences between demigod gamplay and dota gameplay?
Because my opinion is that the differences between the two are more on the cosmetic and assortment side. While the core gameplay is very much the same.
We dont need an exact copy but it would be great to get maps with more tactic possibilities aswell as more ambush, backstab etc.

While I believe this game should not just be a remake of DOTA...you guys have to realize that this game was INSPIRED by DOTA. It's just funny that you hate DOTA and all of its players when it was the game that birthed this one.

As has already been stated, the engine is not designed for backstabbing/ganking spots. Thus, you'll have to learn to use warps, wands, the existing fog, etc. There are ways to gank in Demi, you just have to be a little...inspired. 
Yeah sure cause i think DOTA is unbalanced cause some heroes art just worthless in the game
dont ask me which one cause i never get even a chance to play it a few times cause you ALWAYS get kicked if youre trying to join a DOTA game
plus ah i hate recipes sucks ass takes too much time...
So I play Demigod cause i Like Land of Legends / Legends of Eternity cause i think its more balanced NO recipes included ^^ and well... you dont get kicked all the time
