I bought and downloded objectdock (i feel scammed) it wont open up

help

i bought and downloaded objectdock, and whenever i try to open it, it says... "program has stopped working" even before it got to actually open up:/

so that's £12 down the drain :( unless someone can help me? id be very greatful.

try uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling. that's worked for me with other apps.

Hi!

You should contact support with your computer information so that they can try to work out the problem.

Just drop an email to [email protected] explaining your problem. Make sure to include as much information about your computer as possible (operating system, CPU, amount of memory, version of ObjectDock, etc.).

In any case, if they cannot make it work on your computer, you will most certainly be eligible for a refund, so your money is not lost :)

Are you installing through Impules?

Did you have the trial installed?  Did you uninstall that?

What OS?  What version of that OS?

Can you post the full error?  Or the entry from the Windows event log?

i did that twice! and cleared my registery files before reinstallig it again too! gahh:( it worked on my old computer..

no i didnt download froom impulse!

windows didnt give me a full report either. but i can give you my system specs...

unistall it, reboot, try installing it via Impulse

i just did this very second and the same windows message popped up:/

 

"this program has stopped working" etc

 

and i did cleear my registery files and all that shiz.

 

system...

windows vista home premium (service pack 2)

Processor Inter(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5750 @ 2.00 GHz 2.00GHz

my system type is 32bit operating system

turn off the anti-spy program or uninstall it and reinstall OD.

FOR FUCK SAKE (excuse my language)

but i uninstalled it then rebooted my system

after, i searched for all files that were left over from objectdock and deleted them

i deleted the registry files from objectdock. then i rebooted my system again

once my computer started up i disabled all my firewalls and virus protectors

then i reinstalled objectdock from tthe impulse progrramme i downloaded

then i tried running objectdock after instalation and it still came up with the same fucking message:(

ffs i dont get why...

Like Littleboy said... Contact Stardock support.. THey are very Friendly and Helpful. Its the best place to go for help if these forums doesn't help.

It sounds like you might need to contact Stardock support. They will do their best to get your apps in Great Working order. GL :D

Easy Pal... look in Adminstrative Tools/ Event Viewer/ Window Logs. Paste the error(s)
