Fences - Can't Find Files I Save to Desktop

Fences itself works fine and I love it.  However since installing it I often cannot find files I save to the desktop.  I can find the files looking at the desktop using Wndows Explorer, but not looking at the actual desktop.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I am using multiple monitors and am wondering if this is a Fences bug that might be associated with that.

FYI, I can find them sometimes, but often I cannot, nor do they appear where they normally would without Fences, i.e. they don't stack in order on the side of the screen.

Thanks

Yes!  Same here, and it DRIVES ME CRAZY...almost to the point of not using Fences!

I too have mulitple monitors... not sure if that has anything to do with it, as you say, sometimes when I save a file to the desktop it shows up.... sometimes not.

The file IS THERE  - you can see it in windows explorer - but with Fences enabled, the file just doesnt show up some time....

Can someone shed some light on this?

PLEASE

Interesting - I just posted a similar question.

Important to answer since many people who use fences probably save a lot of files to the desktop -- that's why we need it.

If using multiple monitors, fences will default files to the leftmost monitor in the setup.  This may not be your primary monitor and can cause some confusion.
