Game Crashes \ Statistics

Ok this may have been discussed dozen times, but: WHY in hell would game put a "loss" in my statistics which affect my whole rank, when I try to join a pantheon and it crashes on game load-up? I'm not talking about crashes after some alt+tab in the game - somehow it can be understood (no proof that u just didn't kill the game-proccess from the windows process manager), but even that.

I want this problem to be solved and my stats cleared up. I really LOST no more then 5-8 games. And got at least 15 losses from crashes.

Ok now I got this problem again. Just right now.


I was joining the pantheon and ALT+TABed to look the statistics of the players I was connectiong to. After a second game crashed with some "Unhandled expection" error. I PRAYED it won't count against me in statistics, but by some shitty mistake it did. I even got favor for  that loss. Check out here: http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/game/567695/player/46187/

 

Also all of the games in the following list was also counted as my Losses :

PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I NEVER lost pantheon game this time (The Successor) but all those "5" loses i got are from crashes (Not even disconnects). At least 3 of them are from Alt-Tabing error I mentioned. Please clean up my statistics. I don't want to play extra games to earn more xp and get closer to the top.

And also I don't want the coding problems to stand in my way of reaching the top.

Ok this morning that shit happened again. Like 3 or 4 times. WHAT THE HELL? Why should I stop doing what I like and why the hell is statistics are so dumb-ass stupid? How can I get loss for a game I didn't even logged in?

Right now it happened again. While I was posting on forum, the game was searching for a match in pantheon and suddenly crashed again. WHAT THE HELL? I got loss for that shit again. Why is it so dumb and stupid? Clear up my statistics please!

Stats will all be reset once they get the kinks worked out. No reason to worry about them at the moment. Everybody knows they are broken.

Do you know when they'll be reset? Its kinda annoying... I reached 99 overall and got those huge ammount of losses due to alt+tab etc... Still I don't really want to lose my 99th place :)

WHAT the hack... I still can't log in after that last crash....Firstly it crashes like dozen times, secondly it puts "losses" for that crashes into my statistics and now I can't even login into the game... Very nice indeed. So friendly support, So nice game, So few bugs... fuck it
