you know when you have a noob partner when...
as regulus i had more HP than the rook on my team, without stacking HP items >.<
...they try to solo dual UB with 2000hp, die in the first minute, and then rack up countless deaths throughout the game
...they never seem to spend their gold on any citadel upgrades OR items in the first 20 minutes of the game
....they spend their money on any citadel upgrade that are not creeps, first health regen nor first gold upgrade.
After 5 minutes of playing, you notice your ally is still standing around at the shop at level 1. Havent moved. And their ping is 800, so lags the game to all hell and back for the rest of the participants. Had one of these yesterday.
...or when you press tab and notice you have 13 flag captures, and you ally 2.
One of the funniest ones was when I was playing a 3v3 on cataract, we all went for the middle flag right in the beginning of the game and capped it. Then an enemy rook comes from the enemy base, we move forward to engage him and he just walks past us to cap the exp flag. We naturally rape him, he makes no attempt to escape 
. The chat was funny as well after that

I sold all my gear to buy the reg on my team the 2x crit gloves and mage, very early in the game, then i buy him ashkandor, and he gets cloak of flames ect.
Then he d/c's and the ai starts running in circles chasing angels, when we were at their choke point in exile.. so close to winning. He had 27 kills on 4v4 15 minutes into the game ( 2nd in kills was like 5 or so), we ended up losing.
when your at level 15 and see an EB run and mright in front of another dg not even biten or aut attacken nor senden minions. All he did for the whole game was mist

You know you have a noob partner when...
You see your Rook teammate going Hammer solo spec (no towers.)
You see your Sedna teammate has 4 Yetis and hasn't gotten heal
Your Regulus teammate states he's a "pro skillz pwner" while using nothing but Snipe the whole game (with no mines.)
Ironically, all three of these have happened to me many times. 
Yes thats what i wanted to say. lol
Unless its buying priests before they are ready to upgade creeps to a major level.
Ive lost many games because one of my teammates got priests early and fed the opponents.
Game starts in cataract
They walk to the middle and stand next to the exp flag.
Enemy heroes approach. They begin autoattacking the enemy. And stand there. Enemy heroes rape them. We have first blood.
Happened more times than I'd care to admit.
I asked him if he had bought any items (his hp seemed low for some reason) and he responded with "where... at the citadel?" Who would have thought you by items at the item shop...
"WTF this flag is bugged. I CANT CAP"
Me:
"No bro ... your an idiot ... its locked"

You are losing heavily so your partner ragequits, you get an AI replacement and start winning...
When your teammate keeps being belted up by AI
Runs from creeps
Spends all his money on health potions
Sending strategy ideas with the shift key
Attacks tower ... gets killed ... attacks tower ... gets killed
Keeps changing his mind so much, Rock looks like he is doing a jig
