Invalid username/password

Crashed in the lobby earlier, and now I'm getting the invalid username/password error. However, this happened a couple hours ago -- per a Stardock post I saw it should time out in a few minutes. Do I need to contact support, is there a problem with my account, or is this what happens to everyone? How long should I expect?
