Loading Mods

I have Twilight w/ the latest patches. For some reason, I cant edit the mod path. Furthermore, trying to put mods in the default folder doesnt yield any results. Has anyone else come across this?

Im getting the same problems i cant load an mods, ive tried changing the data files, placing the mods in the mod file no joy at all
