Icons on Dell Dock

I downloaded the Pirates MyColors theme and wanted to get the icons they have on my Dell Dock. I found the files and was trying to use them as the icons but when I did the icon on the Dell Dock dissappeared. How can I get the icons to show up there? Thanks!
