Serila Number

Ok i have a really dum problem i am trying to put in my serial Nr but it dose not want to work, because

I do not know if the 0 are o or 6 are G!!!!

 

I treid it out a lot but i just do not seem to get the right one

 

What can i do

The serial key only contains 0-9 and A-F, so there should only be one choice for any given character.
