need help , any ideas ?

from WinCustomize Forums

can't log on or get to this site ( skinnalicious.net ) ..  

all i get is a blank white screen - been 4 days now

this has also happened in the past - just this site only

happens about every two weeks or so

using different browsers - same thing 

tried deleting all cookies , cache etc. 

I'm thinking maybe a sever problem but not sure

and not likely i blocked it by accident ( 6 browsers ? )

 

any ideas out there what the FIX could be ? ............ azdude ... let me know please ....

i have opera latest 9.6 and 10 

all the lasterst browers ff ie 8 chrome

using win 7 , vista and xp 

on 2 different pc's 

and still i get a blank white screen when i click on the site

"THATS SERIOUS TROUBLE"     

Try this in ie8 -

go to Tools> Internet options> Security> Trusted Sites and add the site to this zone, also make sure that the security level of this zone is medium low.

Restart ie8 n try opening the site now, should open, suggested this coz there may be some confliction in your security settings.

:dur:  Works for me on IE7 Pal, and since you're the administrator, I think you exiled yourself! :rofl:

Have your Buds over there check your administrative rights and site access, see if your IP isn't being blocked.

If you can get to any page on the web except that one, I'd check there first, doesn't sound like your system or net settings.

the funny thing is though , this ONLY happens for this site

 

all other sites are fine on all the browsers <_<

AZ.... Is this the same thing that has happend to me a while back. did you change the theme at skinnalisious if you need to have Cliff change the theme to difault theme.

We've learned 3 things here so far Mike.

1.  No one else here is reporting access problems to Skinnalicious

2.  You're not having a problem with any other site on the internet except this one

3.  You've tried and failed on 2 different systems

It sounds like your administrative credentials, access and ID are corrupt.

SUGGESTION:  Have Cliff totally delete you from the admin services then rebuild your ID and access as a last resort.
