A friend of mine bought this game (digital download) on sunday for me, I registered with the correct serial, but (I guess) because of the different email of the buyer I can't login in the game.

How long do you usually have to wait until the support responds?

The office was closed Sat-Mon for Memorial Day weekend, Support is working through the queue now and should have a response for you today, or tomorrow at the latest.
