Downloading Update

Do you have any web filtering software installed on the system?  Usually it's included with your AV or other security software.  A lot of times we see this causing obscene download slowdowns like this.  Usually disabling this will speed things back up.

Is there anyway that when i do a digital download of a game that it will save progress when my internet cuts out. I'm in Afghanistan and a 1.88 Gig seamless download is almost impossible. So far I've gotten over 1 Gig twice and had to start over making games over this platform nearly impossible for me to get/

Impulse will allow pausing and resuming of downloads if you have a sketchy Internet connection.  It's usually web filters and other software that actually alters the data Impulse is downloading that causes issues.

Thanks for the info. I quess it's like trying to look at the forest and all those trees just keep getting in the way. Looking at the obvious is sometimes the hardest thing to do.
