I have yet to recieve mine... what happened?

I want to use it to buy a copy for a friend. Does everyone get the coupon who registered their copy before last week? Or is it only people who bought the game online? I bought mine at a local Gamestop.

Too bad the reduction didn't apply when you purchase a collector version! I had to buy the other one.
