Uh.. familiarity is like, some magical number that makes no sense. It seems to take into account only recent games, and also includes games you play against each other. -.-

• He joined our game.
  
• Me and Jessep play a lot, but we aren't on vent. He just saw the familiarity value and said straight away "team is on vent". And that is ridiculous.
  
• He even went so far as insulting us for not being on vent. And that is even more ridiculous.
  
• Me and Jessep play against each other, when the balance requires it. Even in that particular game we did (after Burn Eden left, there was no need for it before, since BurnEden is a much, much better player than we are).
  
• The familiarity value (currently) also increases if you play against each other.
  

Yeah, if anything at all, eXborderline is just a quitter, but not a desyncer... otherwise he wouldn't have only 50% wins. And in mike's game it just was a "normal" desync caused by a bug of the game, probably.

Exborderline had some issues with his conn these days, he told me and i said, "its ok, lets play", he was on my team. He then crashed 10 minutes in game, and i remaked. He joined again and we started another game. He crashed again

Then he joined my game, said he was sorry about the disconnects, and also offered to start a 1v1 with me, and concede after 3 minutes, to make up for the losses he caused me. I mean wtf, he is NOT a desyncher. He offered to give me a win for the crashes LOL. Of course it wasnt neccessary and i refused since i dont care about losses.

C'mon guys.  Take it easy on Mike, he's from Ohio.  English not always taught/spoken/typed here.  And I'm sure he was still pizzt and laughing at the same time when he typed.  We had just finished a double kill on one side of Cataract and ported back to our port and killed exborderline.   Boom, instant desync.  Timing was bullshit if nothing else. 

Now if he had chatted that he was gonna desync, then desync appeared, we could probably get him banned for .............2 - 3 hours.  It would be kinda nice to fix this bug so we wouldn't suspect an exploit.  

BurnEden is a complete douche. He deserves a spot in Hall of Shame.

He joins my games frequently, and immediately says: "morpheas is a vent premade team", and then leaves right away.

He does this all the time, and every time there are different players in the game. LOL i dont have a premade, I have never used vent (i dont really like voice) and i like to PUG a lot. Everybody who plays with me knows that. I dont have a screenshot now, but i will save one the next time he does this.

I also want to put BurnEden in Hall of Shame.

i'm still of the idea frogboy deserves a place in hall of shame because of THIS thread. i meanin any other forum moderator such a thread would have been imediatly closed.

such things should never be posted officially. this are claims that should be directly send to support for further investigation. too many false accusitions are always to happen, thus resulting only in toxic atmosphere around the gamers, insulting and accusing each other. it is exactly what happens.

considering the fact that the community is already extremly small this is even more stupid.

Well, i think that Frogboy did this, in order for all players to flame/troll here instead of other troll posts. And i think it works!

All the flaming is here as you can see, and thus everybody is not making new posts a to flame someone. You need to accept it: Flaming is part of every forum site. In fact there is not a single forum site i have not seen flaming.

no morph. this is lame. instead to do your work as admin you even support flaming by opening a special thread for that? that's odd. it is even worse than when users open a accusition thread because this seems officially to support accusing others for bad behaviour without proves.

CelMare cant you see it? Nobody in SD really cares about just accusations of players. This thread's purpose is so players can focus all the flaming here and not in separate threads.

Flaming exists in all forum sites, what more can they do?

you don't even need to fake it. wihtout the context it is worthless anyway. and proving a gamestate error being the work of a player by hacking with a screenshot is the most stupid thing i heared for quite a long time.

no morph, no one is saying the put faked screenshots. you missed the point. but no screenshot in the world, be it fake or not can proof that a given player has caused the desync error. you can show that one insulted some other, but not that he was the reason for the desync.

and regarding the insult, you still cannot see how was the onversation. it can be that the one shown insultig was the one got insulted all over the time until he couldn' hold off any longer.

fake or not fake. the screenshots are worthless for many of the here shown claims. hence my statement from above that "brainiac" Charvel1 so heavily critisized is still valid!

Yes CelMare, a screenshot cannot proove 100% that someone caused Invalid Error. Only by tracking the game logs it can, (i have no idea how exactly) but only Stardock can do that. So about the desync/Invalid error exploit, Nobody except SD can really proove this.

About the insults and bad behaviour, this is not a reason that someone can get banned. Thus why even bother to take a screenshot and post it??

All in all i agree that screenshots are worthless, cause they cant be trusted 100%.

so, than we are back again to what i said before. this thread feels like an official agreement on namecalling, and puplically accusing people wihtout proofs.

this are things that should be not shown in public as long as they are not proofed by SD (or who ever). they obviously only provoc more problems between palyers.

you mentioned that it is better than everyone opening a thread for such a thing himself. well, first such threads still happen. but anyway, this is no excuse for such official thread. all such threads should be imediatly be closed by moderators and the OP should get a warning for this.

the only acceptable way is sending a message to the support with your claim and letting them doing their worrk.

I agree that this thread is useless for proving anything at all.

CelMare what i meant before is that When players take it all out in this thread they dont start a new one. I know that some ppl start new threads to flame and accuse anyway, but the hall of shame makes this threads a lot less than they would be otherwise.

At least it prevents all these people who post here, from making a whole new flaming thread.

What u say makes sense CelMare, and i totally agree with you, but since the Forums are not so strict here, that is the best thing to limit flaming/trolling. It is an alternative.

i know what you ment. i even racalled it. the point is something different. all this threads are a shame. but the most shame is that such a thread is made officially. such threads should never be supported officially! they should all get closed and a warning to the player should be sent, so that this does not repeat.
