If you drop by and vomit on every thread on the board, frequently going off-topic and being genuniely 'disruptive', then I'd certainly hope that was the case.

This isn't a random head-shot from a rogue disgruntled mod.  The guy went overboard and anyone who's been here during the last week or two knows it.

he's getting threads created by the people who "disliked" him

you know, the people blatantly feeding the troll, and then spamming emoticons and internet humor acronyms in order to display their satisfaction

the "mature" people that celebrate banning people for being annoying rather than just ignoring said people.

i never paid much attention to the guy's antics, or talked to him either, but sythion is right.  perhaps SD had reason to ban him, but the reaction from the community is disgusting.

He was a dick, sure. He did occasionally have a good point, but he did more to derail threads then support them. I'm not 100% sure I would have kicked him from the forums, but probably would have. However, banning him from ever purchasing a SD game again is overboard.

He was banned because the community didn't like him, given a refund and banned from DG because he requested one, and banned from ever using SD again because Frogboy didn't like him.

That's not a good feeling, to say the least.

I'm also disgusted at how some of you are reacting.

 

He asked for a refund, for god's sake. Since he has successfully played 1200 minutes online, the general answer was no, but since he was bloody annoying, an exception was made, along with an "Don't let the door hit you on the way out."

 

This is honestly the non-issue of non-issues here.

He apparently was so infuriated with getting banned for being a dick, that he even made a kind of farewell game. He got mercilessly trashed by Ke5trel and stellastar*. Well done, guys. :)

I saw the thread in the window before the mods nuked it.

He was funny sometimes, but getting banned it what happens when you deliberately provoke.
