Once again connection problems after update

When i bought the game like a week ago it didn't work at all on multiplayer. Then came update (it was on may 11th or 12th) and after that it worked well, atleast since may 14th second update. After that haven't been able to play on multiplayer at all. That time couldn't see player names at all, it just show "PlayerName" on everyone. may 15th update fixed that and i could see player nicks but still can't connect to anyone.

 

I would like to know if it could be possible to get some information from demigod support to this situation. When we can play again and not spend our times while waiting and staring screen when we get new update? And why new update broke game so badly?
