Who can give me the proper definition of this phrase?

The first time I came across it was when Doc said it in the thread where you asked "What does this mean" -- but I'm procrastinating when it comes to looking for the true origin of the phrase. 
Incorrect. After you drain the mug, atmosphere or whichever mixture of gasses exists in the space the mug is will replace the beer drained from the mug.
But because you're the tbc...you gets a chocolate cigar!
Is when several cast members of a Borg comedic stage play don't turn up for rehearsals. 
It is actually a poets term for out of the order of ordinary events as such. Thus meaning it is hard to believe one could say. Something close to that is what I have found. Sort of like if I say the world will end today... and what you would think of what I said and such. Old term would be just nonsense to whatever I said.
Used in poetry for terms of unbelief of whatever another would say about any given subject with intense meaning.
Something like that...
But all in all it is just that - Nonsense

Who knows what it can mean - I leave it to the poet and how he express's it to whom it is meant.

That's getting warmer as in 'light'. You're upgraded to chocolate cigar.
I knew that! At the time I was contemplating nonsense while I procrastinated further on the more intellectual ramifications.
In other words, I failed to amass the appropriate cerebral energy to conclude a logical response, thus spewing forth a load of nonsensical drivel instead.
Hehe, it's where natural creation fails to complete its task because mankind's meddling has interfered with the natural order of things, therefore creating a nonsense of that which isn't.
Closer and closer. Think negative and all-pervasive.
