Camouflage Theme does not change Start Menu folders

Try verifying the application through Impulse:

-Launch Impulse.  Right click on the entry for the application and choose "Verify application"
-Impulse will check the integrity of the installed application.  You should be given feedback as to the state of the installed application.
-If errors are found, an update should be made available in Impulse.  This is not an update to a newer version, but simply Impulse using the update mechanism to replace corrupted files.
-Once the update completes, reboot your PC.

OK for me on the start panel, but as i signaled when the theme came out, it's IMPOSSIBLE (under XP) to use the Background function of Windowblinds with Camouflage, and still under XP it doesn't apply it's own settings for Background (i tkink that lines of codes needed for Vista version had not been removed on the XP version ... )

At the time i had a support ticket for this but never had any answer
