Screensaver

if for vista 

has your screen saver been loaded as a .exe ?

so that's it's set into windows screen savers ?

if so just right-click on desktop and click on

personalize then click on screen savers and

from there scroll to the ss you want and ck

setting and set and that's it ...

unless your having a different problem -

your not really clear on what your problem is ...

Sorry about the lack of info, I am new at posting and all this.

I am running Windows XP 

What is the name of the screensaver you are trying to install? 

It's a screensaver that I got from the American Greetings website..............

it's called Guardian Angels...........ag_guardianangels.exe

In that case will the screen saver install with the exe. that came American greetings. Once the screen saver is installed on your computer it should go to where all your other savers are and be available in screensaver properties. If its in there I believe it should work with theme manager.

If its not there than American greetings probably has there own soft wear where it puts the saver and only can run with that soft wear.

I will go to American greetings and see whats up.

I downloaded the screensaver and it installed just fine on my notebook. It did not need any other softwear to install.

let me know if you got it to work.

I have tried everything that I could think of to get it to work still no go!!! Doesn't surprise me that you were able to get it to work on your laptop, story of my life. Thank you for your time and help, I appreciate it. ****Come to think of it none of the screensavers that are on my system work anymore****

My guess is that you would also have an answer for this other question I have if you don't mind me taking a bit more of your time............. I was told about this Remove It Pro V4 program and I downloaded it and ran a scan and it came back with

C:\\Windows\system32\dlcqcoms.exe needs to be removed manually...........how do I do that???

is your computer or printer a Dell?

Yes..........Dell 8400

if you remove it, it's possibly you won't be able to send a print request to the printer (maybe)

I think it may just be a crappy dell program service

Weatherbound was helping me with that but I have not heard from him since the 8th.

try through regular screensaver way

I have tried that way and it still doesn't work.........It hasn't worked since installing Window Blinds.........
