Leigh can confuse the weather updates sometimes not sure which Leigh to use so put Wigan sometimes as only 6 miles away.

wallpaper in your third screenshot (light mark, alternate wp), is that the one that comes with the wb?
you upload the image to a host like photobucket, imageshack, etc
then click the 'insert image' icon here (the tree)
paste in the full http url to the pic
